About the Opportunity

My client, a leading People Solutions organization, is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President / Business Head to lead and scale multiple verticals within a high-growth corporate services business. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, a USD 160M+ portfolio, and the mandate to drive organizational growth across operations, delivery, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Leadership: Own and manage a portfolio exceeding USD 160M, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

  • Strategic Growth: Define and execute strategies to scale multiple business verticals across staffing and people solutions.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 50+ professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

  • Enterprise Sales & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders to drive new opportunities.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction while streamlining operations for scalability.

  • Innovation & Expansion: Identify market opportunities, anticipate trends, and introduce solutions that position the organization as an industry leader.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 18+ years, with deep expertise in staffing, outsourcing, or human capital solutions.

  • Proven track record of scaling business units, driving growth, and delivering on commercial objectives.

  • Strong leadership acumen with the ability to manage large teams and complex P&L.

  • A founder’s mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.

  • Demonstrated success in high-performance environments with significant revenue responsibility.
