Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Account Executive / Account Manager who is both a hunter and a farmer — someone who can bring in new business while nurturing existing and new client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level professional from a smaller digital agency who understands digital marketing fundamentals and wants to grow into a senior leadership role. You will play a crucial part in business development, client servicing, and delivery oversight, directly contributing to agency’s expansion trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Hunter Mindset)
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across India, UAE, and KSA.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Create proposals, pitch decks, and participate in sales meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and customize solutions using agencies digital services.
Account Management (Farmer Mindset)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams (SEO, Web, Content, Performance Marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Track KPIs, performance, and delivery quality for client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain long-term client retention.
Strategic Growth & Leadership
- Participate in growth planning, service innovation, and market expansion.
- Take ownership of revenue targets and drive sustainable business results.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities with potential to evolve into a senior role managing larger teams.
- Represent agency’s values, commitment, and legacy built over 14+ years.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in sales or account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO, websites, social media, and performance marketing concepts.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing accounts end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to grow and take ownership.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced boutique agency environment.
