Our client, a leading staffing and outsourcing firm in the UAE, who is looking to hire an Account Manager. This role is based in Dubai.
This is a farmer role – focused on managing existing client accounts, scaling revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for:
- Growing business through upselling and cross-selling within current accounts,
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers (CHROs, TA Heads, Hiring Managers),
- Ensuring smooth service delivery with high quality and timely execution,
- Acting as the client’s trusted advisor for workforce solutions.

- Skilled at revenue growth, client retention, and relationship management,
