Each shortlisted candidate was assessed on performance track record, industry experience, adaptability, and drive.
From a broad talent pool, 15 candidates were selected for direct interviews with hiring managers — a carefully curated shortlist that balanced skill, fit, and potential.
Ultimately, 6 candidates were hired into key sales roles across regions.
