Sales Manager – Staffing

Our Client is a leading UAE based organisation and they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager (Hunter) to join our clients team in the UAE, Reporting to the AVP Professional & Enterprise, this is a permanent role focused on driving business development and new client acquisition in the staffing anf workforce solutions Industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across UAE & GCC, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop consultative relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Design tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a win-win approach.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales (hunter profile) within staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions or any HR Tech Industry.
  • Education: Master’s  or bachelors in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities; CRM proficiency; entrepreneurial mindset.
