Our client, a leading People Solutions organization, is looking to hire senior sales leader for a high-impact Vice President – Sales position with a well-established organization in the corporate services space. This is a strategic leadership role based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to drive growth across multiple verticals in a dynamic market.
Role Overview
As VP – Sales, you will play a critical role in leading a high-performing sales team (12–13 members) and managing a portfolio valued at over $2.3M GM. The position reports directly to the SVP and is part of the leadership team. Your focus will be on strategic account growth and new business development, driving expansion and positioning the organization as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 12–13 sales professionals to deliver strong performance and achieve revenue targets.

Revenue Growth: Own and expand a portfolio exceeding $2.3M GM, balancing retention with aggressive new business acquisition.

Business Development: Drive strategic initiatives to penetrate new sectors and grow market share within the UAE and broader GCC region.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries.

Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals, including forecasting and pipeline management.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 12+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably within staffing, outsourcing, or corporate services sectors.

Proven track record in managing large teams and multimillion-dollar portfolios.

Strong ability to build strategic relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

Excellent business development, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC business landscape and client needs.
